    • Access to an individualised At-home/gym exercise program, designed especially for you to boost your progress.

    • Weekly virtual coaching to ensure safer, more effective workouts, with the ability to send me form videos and meal portion sizes which I will give you feedback on to ensure you’re on the right track

  • 12-week program: gold membership

    $2115 for 12 weeks
    This membership includes:

    • Two 60-minute sessions per week for 12 weeks. Total of 24 one-on-one sessions for the price of 23! One session entirely Free!

    • 15 min personalised health and fitness assessment

    • Personalised health and fitness program that ensures you achieve your goals!

    • Built in: 1x FREE 60 min 1:1 personal training sessions

    • Simple to read nutritional guidance plan & healthy recipes tailored to help you achieve your fitness/weightloss goals

    • Access to an individualised At-home exercise program, designed especially for you to boost your progress.

    • Weekly virtual coaching to ensure safer, more effective home/gym workouts, with the ability to send me form videos and meal portion sizes which I will give you feedback on to ensure you’re on the right track

    • Monthly anthropometric assessments to objectively track your progress and keep you accountable. This will ensure we’re not guessing what sort of progress you’ve made; it'll all be recorded!

    • Priority access to our Monday evening & New Saturday morning group classes, of which you will receive 15% off of.
