Yes! You’re my kind of people - dead serious about your personal fitness goals, but prefer to work out in a group? Whether your goal is to lose extra kilos, build muscle, prepare for a fitness assessment, get fit after your last baby or anything in between, our group fitness classes are for you.

It’s a great way to make serious gains towards achieving your personal training goals, whilst having a bit of friendly competition with your family and friends. Plus as a bonus you will save money by being in a group.

What you get from BBH&F Group classes:

Expert instruction from a Fitness Professional with over a decade of experience

  • Attendance to a 1 hour group class where we cover a variety of different skills including:

  • Cardio kickboxing/self-defence

  • Circuit weight training for building muscle and burning fat

  • Unique Functional Strength classes, where we’ll scale the class to your strength level with exercises that are proven make your everyday life easier

  • A friendly and encouraging group training environment where all fitness levels are welcome, from gym junkie all the way to Netflix fanatic.
