Yes! You’re my kind of people - dead serious about your personal fitness goals, but prefer to work out in a group? Whether your goal is to lose extra kilos, build muscle, prepare for a fitness assessment, get fit after your last baby or anything in between, our group fitness classes are for you.
It’s a great way to make serious gains towards achieving your personal training goals, whilst having a bit of friendly competition with your family and friends. Plus as a bonus you will save money by being in a group.

Attendance to a 1 hour group class where we cover a variety of different skills including:
Cardio kickboxing/self-defence
Circuit weight training for building muscle and burning fat
Unique Functional Strength classes, where we’ll scale the class to your strength level with exercises that are proven make your everyday life easier
