Here’s my story.
I was 120 kilos, always tired, sore all the time, and didn’t believe I was the sort of bloke who could build muscle or lose weight. I saw physios for years, took pain meds, and spent too much on quick fixes while my health kept taking a back seat.
I gave gyms a go, but always felt judged, out of place and like the weakest guy in the room.
So I started training on my own in my garage, blasting loud metal music with some second hand weights and plenty of trial and error.
I dropped 50 kilos, then swung too far the other way, and felt skinny and weak, so I had to figure out how to build real strength from the inside out.

We start with a detailed 1-on-1 assessment of your movement, experience level, pain, and lifestyle, so we both know exactly where you’re at and what you need.
I build a personalised 12-week plan that fits your life and your goals - just simple, effective training you can do at home with minimal equipment.
2 I create your program.
Each week, you’ll do 30-60 minute strength workouts built just for you, all through our easy-to-use mobile app. You can train at your own pace, in your own space; your garage, living room, backyard — wherever you feel safe and comfortable. I’ve even had clients do sled pulls at their local park with their kids on the back for weight!
3 You train.
We’ll jump on a weekly Zoom call each week to check your form videos, track your progress, and celebrate your wins. You will never feel like you’re doing this alone.
