With this program, you’ll be saving thousands and getting way more than you would from your local personal trainer in the gym.

Plus, it gives you a snapshot of where you’re starting, so you can look back and see just how far you’ve come!   • ✅ 60-Minute In-Person Training Session (one session per week)

    You’ll join me at the Brock Badger gym for one-on-one sessions designed to keep you accountable and focused on your goals. Each workout is customised to help you build strength and stamina while reducing injury risks, so you’re ready for whatever life throws your way. These face-to-face sessions offer hands-on guidance and personalised support to keep you motivated and progressing. Together, we’ll tackle challenges, track your progress and ensure you stay on track to crush your goals.

  • ✅ At-Home Online Program Powered by Everfit

    To accelerate your progress in between our in-person sessions, you’ll receive a customised at-home workout program to complete via our Everfit app. It guides you through each exercise step-by-step, tracks your reps and times your sets to ensure you're staying on track. Whether you’re working out at home or the gym, the program adapts to your lifestyle, helping you maximise your progress and build the strength you need for your daily tasks or athletic goals.

  • ✅ Form Checks 

    I’ll personally assess your form during our training sessions to ensure you're lifting with proper technique. This helps you build strength safely and effectively, so you can avoid injury and stay strong for the demands of your job or sport.

  • ✅ Nutritional Guidance Plan
    You’ll get a straightforward cheat sheet with our golden principles to get your nutrition on track fast. It covers the right portion sizes and food choices to hit your goals. Whether you’re tackling a long workday or pushing through a workout, follow this guide to keep you fuelled, help you recover and get you performing at your best.

  • ✅ In-Person Accountability 
    Each time you train in-person, we’ll go over your progress, address any challenges and make sure you're on track to hit your goals. It’s all about giving you the personalised support you need to stay accountable and keep making progress.

  • ✅ Monthly Progress Check Ins
    Each month we’ll assess your measurements together in-person. You will also have the ability submit photos and health metrics to track your progress via our Everfit app. These check-ins keep you accountable, allow us to adjust your program as needed and make sure you’re always moving in the right direction toward your goals, whether for work or athletic performance.

  • Yes, you can leave the program at any time. We work with those who are fully committed, as that's where the best results come from. If you decide it's not for you, no worries—just let us know to cancel. Please note that we don’t offer refunds; whether you’ve paid in full or monthly, any payments made up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.

  • You’ll get the best value by paying upfront for 3 months, but if monthly payments are easier for you, we offer that as well.
