Get Set Up & Ready to Smash It

Welcome aboard! Let’s get you set up so you can start feeling good and seeing progress. Just follow these steps in order. We’ll keep it simple, clear, and make sure you know why each step matters.

Step 1: Book Your First Weekly Check-In

To keep you on track and ensure you're progressing towards your goals, we’ll have weekly check-ins. This is our chance to see what’s working, what needs adjusting and celebrate the wins along the way.

What you need to do:

✅ Click on this link to book your first virtual check-in via Calendly. Make this a minimum of 10 days after your onboarding call to give you enough time to get into the swing of things. Choose a day and time you can stick to each week - consistency is key here. This will be your regular check-in spot where we review your progress, your form videos, troubleshoot anything that’s popped up and keep you moving forward.

Step 2: Download Everfit on your phone

Everfit is your go-to app for your training, progress check-ins, connecting with other clients in the forum and tracking your habits. It’s where you’ll find your workout plan and log your training sessions so I can see how you’re going. It also keeps everything in one place—so no guesswork, no confusion, just a clear plan and an easy way to stay on track.

What you need to do:

✅ Download the Everfit app via the App store or Playstore on your phone.
✅ Check your email inbox for an email from Everfit with your unique link to join (message me if you can’t find the email).
✅ Set up your Everfit account, watch the training video and complete the onboarding form.
✅ Introduce yourself in the forum on Everfit.

Step 3: Download WhatsApp on your phone

You’ll be doing all your workouts through the Everfit app, but I’ll need to check your form to make sure you’re doing the exercises safely and effectively. So when you’re training, just record yourself doing each exercise (approx. 30 seconds of each exercise) and send the videos to me on WhatsApp. I find it works heaps better than through the Everfit app. We will then review these form videos during our weekly call and talk about where you’re doing well and where you could improve.

What you need to do:

Download & set up WhatsApp (if you don’t have it already). Here for Android. Here for Apple.
